Excellent customer service was the focus throughout her banking career, and she brings that same focus to real estate.  She went on to manage the business operation of Weyer Custom Renovations, Inc., the construction and remodeling business owned by her husband. Whether managing a project for a community organization or managing a business, it required an ability to develop relationships, a strong attention to detail, and organizational skills. All are required to be successful in real estate as well. B. J. and her husband live in Deercreek Country Club, where they enjoy an active lifestyle of golf, tennis and pickleball. Tennis is her passion. In 2012, she and her partner won their division of the SenioRita tennis tournament, an annual doubles tournament which raises money for breast cancer research for the North Florida area. This tournament holds more significance today as B. J. was diagnosed and successfully treated for breast cancer in 2016-2017. B. J. brings this same passion and competitive drive to real estate.
